Impact Spotlight
All CSRL activities are carefully designed to ensure they meet the Center's objectives. Part of the design includes building in mechanisms to measure, evaluate and share impacts on our commitment to these key issues and more:
- Combating world hunger, malnutrition and poverty
- Moving farmers from food security to flourishing business enterprises
- Providing students and faculty with opportunities for global engagement
Students Share their Stories
CSRL ensures students involved with program activities are provided with opportunities to share their experiences to a variety of audiences. The impact of CSRL's work is generally best articulated be those who have been immersed intellectually, physically and emotionally in the work being done on the ground in Uganda. In particular, students who have been involved provide a unique, unabashed, raw perspective on the impact they have experienced first-hand. The impact on Ugandan educators, partnering organization staff members, Ugandan farmers, children, and of course, on themselves.
